Fujifilm FinePix Z10fd 7.2MP Camera Tip

It has all the goods of a portable P&S, but the photo quality is bad with poor colors. Menu selection is not user-friendly either.

If you are looking for an impressive camera with a great resolution that will not miss even the smallest of details, then the FujiFilm FinePix digital camera is just what the doctor ordered. In addition to the massive 10.0 megapixel resolution, this great camera also features a 3x optical zoom, which lets you enjoy a broad range of picture capture, from wide angled scenes all the way to dramatic close ups, all without losing one single detail in the shots.

The J28 also Fujifilm FinePix Z10fd 7.2MP Camera features Face Detection, which helps you align your photographs around the subject, making sure each of your photos are captured with professional quality and optimization you’d be hard pressed to find in any other model which doesn’t offer the same technology. In addition to Face Detection, the FinePix also has the ability to detect framed scenes so the camera is automatically adjusted to support the correct setting, from portrait and landscape views, to night and macro.

The biggest gripe about the FinePix J28 is the fact that it does not have any manual settings. If you are a stickler for maintaining picture quality yourself, you will not be happy with it, as you can only change the ISO setting and exposure value. Aside from this minor detail, the FujiFilm FinePix J28 digital camera makes a great pick up and shoot camera for intermediate and beginning photographers.

When compared with the Canon Powershot A480, testers found that the Fuji produces color saturated pictures, which are sharper, offering a better view in general, while the Canon Powershot slightly outperformed the FujiFilm J28 in close-up shots. The difference was very minor with the Powershot only slightly edging out the FinePix, which means if you will not be using the camera solely for close-ups, you are likely better off purchasing the FinePix and getting a better overall camera for your buck.

Is it possible to take good photography with a digital camera?
Fujifilm Finepix Z10fd 7.2MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom.^Thats my digital camera. Is that good? Bad? I don't know. But Fujifilm FinePix Z10fd 7.2MP Camera basically, I love photography, but I don't have the money, nor the knowledge or equpiment to buy a really nice, decent camera. (Although I have used one before and I absolutely loved it). Anyways, if I learn some basic photoshop skills (I have photoshop), will I be able to take some nice pictures, like, pictures that are considered good photography with that camera?

As a mother of four, let’s face it, I take a lot of pictures. I thought this Fuji would be everything I wanted and then some. Quite frankly, I have found it to be a disappointment. I have great difficulty getting a SHARP picture out of this camera. For the price, I should not have grainy pictures. The camera performs poorly in low lighting and forget the zoom entirely because it is not the best out there. With that said, for the beginner, this is a great first camera, but not at the current $200 price. You can get similar (minus the wireless feature) for $100. I am currently looking to trade mine in for something else. I have been frustrated long enough. I shouldn’t have to take 400 pictures in hopes of keeping a hundred and that is what I have to do.

I bought this because I loved the color! It doesn’t take pictures well with any type of noise back ground. They all seem to be blurry. It takes great pictures outside, but this camera is very sensitive to lighting indoors. I love the big screen to view pictures, but wish that it had easier viewing options. I also bought this camera in pink and orange for my sister and mom. They all have the same issues with their cameras as well. Overall it works just fine.

This is a really cute and fun camera. I bought it because it was pretty and small. Big mistake. I am by no means a techie, and I am sure there are several people out there who adore this camera. It’s pretty easy to use and it has quick start up. It’s small, cute, and trendy. But when compared to my rather old Nikon Coolpix, the picture quality is pathetic. I have had this camera for almost a year, and I am now in the market for yet another one — I’m going back to Nikon. No matter how high I set the resolution, the pictures seem to always turn out grainy, and they are never very sharp. This goes for both indoors and outdoors. I have played with all of the settings and nothing seems to help the quality.

This camera is great if someone is more concerned with style, but if you truly want a camera that takes outstanding photos that you can cherish for years to come, I suggest you keep looking! I really learned my lesson on buying for looks.

I bought this camera in November 07 and everything is still the way it was back then, “Great!”
I use Canon DSLR’s for my business but I always carry the fuji in my pocket when I am out and about and it has never disappointed me. It is a great camera
